10FOR10 CHALLENGE STARTS MONDAY! ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป
This is just a fun challenge to help us get motivated, the challenge is ten, 10-minute workouts for the next 10 days. If you miss a workout do not worry, just start again the next day. No pressure, just good fun!

I have created 2 separate challenges a 'Feel Good' version using no equipment and more hiit workouts AND a 'feel strong' version using a mixture of equipment and bodyweight with more strength workouts.

To follow the challenge just pick a different workout from the playlist everyday - there is no correct order so you can pick workouts based on how you feel.
