I love toning exercises as well as cardio but something that is knees friendly. Thank you so much for all vids. Each one of the workout are amazing Coach !

❤❤❤Dear trainer, I like exercises that include dumbbells and cardio because we have schools and exercise time is limited, so cardio exercises with dumbbells are enough for the whole day. Thank you. ❤❤😊
