Hey there, I'm Toni! My journey to veganism began in 2014, driven by a desire for peak health, a greener planet, and a lighter carbon footprint. Year 2016 sparked my passion for fitness—discovering the power of a plant-based diet when matched with weight training I decided to document my journey.
I started sharing my experiences online, not just to show how, but to show others that it’s possible to build muscle while thriving on plants! As a vegan certified personal trainer & nutrition coach with a B.S. in Dietetics, I know firsthand that plant-based nutrition and movement can unlock your best self!

My first ever PILATES WORKOUT ROUTINE is now live: https://youtu.be/Mhdlk3bPQUg . My love for functional/weight training is number one, but it's always good to switch things up to get a break from the weights. Pilates always looked easy to me... until I tried it 😩. It challenges the body in a different way. It forces you to focus on your core, posture, form, and breathing; literally the perfect practice to tighten your abs/core and practice good posture. I shake so much when I practice Pilates, but I know those are my smaller muscles working like crazy that I don't necessarily activate while weight training. Pilates hurts so good, but I leave standing just a little bit taller.

With the rise of food cost, opting for more budget friendly food items like bananas, dry oats, peanut butter, legumes, etc has helped me stay consistent w/ eating a healthy diet. One of my fave breakfast meals at the moment is banana bread baked oats; main ingredients are dry oats, bananas and plant-based milk. It’s sooo good 😭, it is the one thing I look forward to eating at the start of my day. Even on a low budget, eating plant-based can be affordable, healthy, and fulfilling.
