This Thursday, I’m Going Live on the Channel — No More Excuses
For the first time ever…
This Thursday at 7PM EST (6PM CST / 5PM MST / 4PM PST / Midnight UK) I’m going LIVE on this channel to teach the raw truth about fat loss — no BS, no shortcuts, just the proven method I used to drop over 100 lbs of fat and never look back.
We’ll cover: • Why most guys never lose weight (and how I broke the cycle) • The truth about your cravings, late-night binges, and motivation crashes • Why cardio isn’t the answer — and what actually burns fat FAST • How to create your own transformation blueprint without overthinking it • And a live Q&A session where I answer YOUR struggles
This isn’t just a video. It’s your wake-up call. And if you’ve been following silently… this is your time to step up.
Drop a comment if you’re coming. Bring a notebook. Bring your questions. And bring that fat version of you—because we’re going to war.
I Trained Through a Torn Shoulder… And I’d Do It Again.
For months, I was pushing through excruciating pain in my shoulder from a boxing injury. I knew something was wrong. But I kept going. Because when you come from pain, pushing through becomes your normal.
But eventually… I had to face reality.
Made visits to the hospital and taken a mri and when I finally got the results back I was shocked..
The shoulder was torn. Bad. And if I didn’t do something — I could lose it for good.
So I made the call.
Got the surgery. Stopped all training. Focused entirely on recovery, reflection, and resetting my entire life.
I’ve been recovering nicely approaching almost a month post surgery.
And I don’t regret it for a second.
Because sometimes, the most powerful thing a man can do is slow down to rebuild himself the right way.
I’ve been quiet, but I’ve been building. Not just physically. Mentally. Spiritually. Creatively.
I’m creating a complete reset. Not just of my body — but of who I am, what I stand for, and the kind of content I’m about to unleash.
This time is different.
Because I’m not the shy, fat, insecure introvert anymore. I’m becoming the leader I needed growing up. And now I want to be that for you.
Here’s where you come in…
What’s holding YOU back right now?
Drop your questions, your struggles, your pain points. Whatever’s bothering you — mentally, physically, emotionally — post it below. And I will answer, create content around it, and help however I can.
I’ve made mistakes. I’ve battled demons. I’ve trained through injuries.
But now I’m walking in purpose.
Let’s make this a space where we all win. Let’s build a tribe of warriors — healed, focused, and dangerous.
Drop your thoughts below. Let’s talk. Let’s grow. Let’s transform.
I’m looking for some committed individuals that’s good with video editing and thumbnail work. I’m looking into building a small team of editors willing to work on projects with me. I do loads of work myself. Editing, scripting, thumbnails. I would like to find people with those same skills. I want to grow not only my main channel but other channels I also run, grow them and reinvest into making a full on entertainment company. It would be nice to have another set of hands and a creative mind to work with me. If you got any experience and interested in being apart of an editing team alongside with me, please contact me either:

Life has a way of throwing obstacles at us—obstacles that we often ignore or bury deep down because it’s easier than facing the truth. But what if the reason your life isn’t going the way you want has nothing to do with luck or circumstances? What if it’s the things you’re avoiding that are holding you back?
Think about it: maybe you’re struggling mentally, feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in a loop of self-doubt. Maybe it’s physical—you’ve tried losing or gaining weight but can’t seem to make progress, no matter what you do. Or it could be financial; you’re working hard, but it feels like you’re never getting ahead. Perhaps it’s past trauma, unresolved pain that still haunts you, affecting everything from your relationships to your confidence. Or maybe it’s distractions—things like adult content or other habits that keep pulling you away from what you know you should be doing.
The truth is, most of us have something that’s keeping us from moving forward. It’s the thing we avoid, the thing we tell ourselves isn’t that big of a deal, even though deep down, we know it’s the very thing holding us back. The first step in turning your life around is facing that truth. It’s about being honest with yourself and recognizing the problem before it grows even bigger.
So, I want to ask you: What is the biggest problem you’re facing right now? Mentally? Physically? Financially? Is it past trauma? Or are distractions taking you off your path?
Take a moment to vote in the poll below and share your truth:
1. I’m struggling with my mental health (anxiety, depression, self-doubt). 2. I’m not making progress physically (losing/gaining weight, fitness). 3. I’m facing financial challenges (debt, work stress, never getting ahead). 4. Past trauma is still affecting me (unresolved pain, emotional baggage). 5. I’m distracted by habits like adult content or other unhealthy routines.
Comment below or vote in the poll—sometimes just naming your struggle is the first step toward overcoming it. Let’s start the conversation and take that first step together. You’re not alone, and facing your truth is where real transformation begins.
When I was eight years old, my life changed forever. I was assaulted by people I trusted—two of them, my own family. At the same time, I was exposed to disgusting content that no child should ever see. It planted a darkness inside me that I didn’t fully understand for years. Growing up, I carried this trauma like a weight I couldn’t shake. It affected everything. I became insecure, doubting myself and feeling too broken to connect with others. I was too shy to speak up, too afraid to establish relationships, and even when I tried dating, my past held me back. It even affected me physically, leading to ED at a young age, which only added to the shame and insecurity. Long story short, P*rn destroys your brain and body.
One day, I decided to open up to someone I was dating, thinking maybe sharing my truth would help. But when I didn’t give her what she wanted, she used my trauma against me in anger, throwing it back in my face. That was when my hatred for people grew, and I isolated myself. I felt betrayed and alone, like my pain was something to be weaponized. For years, I carried that anger, that bitterness, and it consumed me.
But now, at 25, I’ve faced the demon that did this to me. I confronted the trauma, and it felt like a massive weight lifted off my shoulders. It wasn’t easy—there were moments when I didn’t think I could do it. But I realized that the only way to reclaim my life was to confront the pain, not run from it. I learned that healing starts when you decide to take back the power that was taken from you. When you choose to face the truth, no matter how painful it is, you free yourself from the chains that hold you back.
To anyone reading this who’s been through something similar—whether you’re dealing with abuse, addiction, or the aftermath of trauma—you are not alone. I know how hard it is to carry that pain and how it feels to doubt yourself and isolate from the world. But I want you to know that there is strength inside you that you haven’t even tapped into yet. The same energy that pain uses to hold you down can be transformed into fuel for your recovery and growth.
Here’s what helped me, and I hope it helps you too:
Acknowledge the Pain: Stop running from it. Allow yourself to feel and acknowledge what happened. It’s not about blaming yourself or anyone else—it’s about owning your story and recognizing that it doesn’t define you.
Find a Healthy Outlet: For me, it was fitness. Every time I felt overwhelmed, I put that energy into lifting weights or running. It was a way to channel my anger into something productive. Find what works for you, whether it’s exercise, art, writing, or something that helps you release that built-up tension.
Set Boundaries: Surround yourself with people who support your healing journey and cut off those who use your vulnerability against you. You deserve to have people around who lift you up, not tear you down.
Seek Support: Whether it’s a therapist, a trusted friend, or an online community, don’t be afraid to reach out. You don’t have to go through this alone, and there is strength in asking for help.
Be Patient with Yourself: Healing isn’t linear. There will be ups and downs, but every small step counts. Celebrate the progress, no matter how small it seems.
You have the power to transform your pain into something meaningful. You’re stronger than you know, and you’re not alone in this journey. Keep pushing forward. It’s time to reclaim your life, find your strength, and become the person you were always meant to be.

Excuses are like quicksand.
The more you use them, the deeper you sink. I used to be the excuse king: "Too tired.", "Start tomorrow.", "Too hard.", "Not built for this."
At 303 pounds, excuses were my comfy blanket. But guess what? Excuses don't make you fit. They don't make you strong or happy.
Here's how I kicked excuses to the curb:
Start Now: Tell yourself, "NOW is the perfect time."
Accountability: Tell friends what you'll do. You'll look silly if you don't follow through.
Just Do Something: My first workouts were bad, but better than nothing. I improved over time.
Remember: I was where you might be now. And if I turned my life around, you can too.
Today's your day to do something. No more "I'll start Monday." Start now. Even if it's just a 5-minute walk.
