I Trained Through a Torn Shoulder… And I’d Do It Again.

For months, I was pushing through excruciating pain in my shoulder from a boxing injury.
I knew something was wrong. But I kept going.
Because when you come from pain, pushing through becomes your normal.

But eventually… I had to face reality.

Made visits to the hospital and taken a mri and when I finally got the results back I was shocked..

The shoulder was torn. Bad.
And if I didn’t do something — I could lose it for good.

So I made the call.

Got the surgery.
Stopped all training.
Focused entirely on recovery, reflection, and resetting my entire life.

I’ve been recovering nicely approaching almost a month post surgery.

And I don’t regret it for a second.

Because sometimes, the most powerful thing a man can do is slow down to rebuild himself the right way.

I’ve been quiet, but I’ve been building.
Not just physically. Mentally. Spiritually. Creatively.

I’m creating a complete reset.
Not just of my body — but of who I am, what I stand for, and the kind of content I’m about to unleash.

This time is different.

Because I’m not the shy, fat, insecure introvert anymore.
I’m becoming the leader I needed growing up.
And now I want to be that for you.
