Know the early signs: Shortness of breath, tightness in chest, racing heartbeat, sweating, dizziness, nausea, trembling, and fear are all common symptoms of panic attacks.

Breathe: Breathe in slowly through your nose, feel the air fill your chest and belly, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat several times.

Realistic self-talk: Remind yourself that this is a false alarm, it will pass, and you will get through this.

Stay present: Ground yourself by naming five things you see, four things you feel, three things you hear, two things you smell, and one thing you 1 taste.

Guilt can be a tricky emotion, right? It can either be a helpful guide or a heavy burden.

Healthy guilt is like a moral compass. It's that feeling when you know you've messed up, and it motivates you to make things right. It helps you learn and grow, and even strengthen your relationships.

But unhealthy guilt? That's a whole different story. It's when you blame yourself for everything, even things outside your control. It can damage your self-esteem and keep you stuck in a cycle of negativity.

Remember, you're not responsible for other people's feelings or behaviors. Learn to recognize the difference between healthy and unhealthy guilt so you can live a more fulfilling life.
