Tomorrow at 7pm UK Time (2pm EST, 11am PST, 8pm Europe) we are joined by Karen Ranzi who will be providing a presentation called:
"29 Tips I Wish I Knew When I Went Raw Vegan 29 Years Ago"
Karen Ranzi has been vegan since 1989 and raw vegan since 1994. She is mother to two adults raised healthfully as vegans, and then raw vegans, award-winning author, internationally acclaimed speaker, vegan health coach, certified raw food chef, speech, language and feeding therapist.
Karen grew up with extreme hormonal imbalances and gut health issues which affected her digestion, as she had Candida and IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) for years. Her monthly cycle was highly erratic and she had severe cystic acne for almost three decades. Doctors told her the symptoms were genetic and she needed to treat with medications.
Karen's second child Marco had asthma and chronic ear infections the first three years of life. Transitioning to a raw vegan lifestyle brought complete healing in ten to eleven months. Karen went on to coaching thousands of individuals and families to excellent health over three decades.
Over time and tragic family experiences, Karen learned that the power of whole raw plant foods and lifestyle modifications is the only way to heal the root cause of health challenges. Karen has been a Holistic Health Coach since 1998 and Director of The Vegan Coach Certification Course since 2015
Please join us today at 7pm UK time, 8pm Central Europe, 2pm EST, 11am PST for Fruity Fridays.
We will be joined by Eli Martyr who will provide a presentation on "Nature's Law".
Here is a little about him:
Eli Martyr has been a lifelong student of physical fitness and athletic training, with an extensive background in Gymanstics (still practicing) and Martial Arts.
Inspired by a motivation for complete physical freedom it was only natural that Eli became interested in the importance of diet and healthy lifestyle habits.
While studying topics that divulged the true and unfortunate nature of Power and Control by Ruling Authorities of human history both ancient and modern, It was inevitable that Eli became disillusioned with current cultural norms of what is considered by the majority to be a "normal diet".
In the curiosity that drove Eli to learn how the world around him operated, it soon came to light what the operators strategically omit from public consumption, including the true cause of disease, the real methods of healing so called "incurable" diseases, and the nature of human beings themselves.
These discoveries set Eli off to discover the simple truths about diet, and their connection to emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
Eli, is a Self-taught Naturalist, Student of Both Natural Law and Hygiene, and works as a professional stuntman. He also operates an educational youtube channel called "The Freemelon Society" discussing subjects of health, wellness, natural science and spirituality.

Date: Friday 22nd July to Friday 29th July
Location: Dunfield House, Kington, HR5 3NN
- how to eat on long flights - should we be concerned about chlorinated swimming pools - what would you choose between low fat cooked food and high fat raw food? - if we can not get organic, should we not eat raw? - how do we care for our teeth on a raw vegan diet - what shoes do you wear? - does a raw food diet allow you to have less sleep? - can you live on fruit only and do you recommend this?
...and more!
In his presentation he focused on something he has seen many times. When people join the raw food movement with lots of enthusiasm and all of sudden proclaim they will now be raw for life.
Sometimes these enthusiastic people can develop a following quickly and start to teach others.
But not long after, it is not uncommon for those people to fall off of their diet and even start to talk negatively about a raw diet.
He talked about why people can fail easily on this diet and how long it really takes to truly know you have mastered it.
The recording has now been added to our Fruitfest Archive and you can get access to the replay here:
If you have ever had an interest in juice fasting then you should join us tonight at 7pm.
I'm looking forward to the presentation tonight entitled:

Jeannette loves to help others achieve their health and fitness goals and offers one on one private coaching, as well as weekly group coaching sessions.
The talk will start to tonight at 7pm UK time (2pm Est, 11am Pst) and will take place via zoom.
Today, as part of our Fruity Friday series we will be joined at 7pm BST (2pm EST, 11am PST) by Rob Rehmark.
When I started to attend fruit festivals around 10 years ago, one of the frequent faces I would see at those events was Rob. Like myself, Rob was a bit of a junkie for these events and I spent time with him in Denmark, Spain and the US on a number of occasions.
He started his health journey when becoming an animal rights activist and vegetarian in 1992-93 and then vegan two years later. This resulted in great improvements in his migraines that were quite severe. With this positive change came motivation for more and within a couple of years his diet typically consisted of fruits, greens, home made sprouts, rice, lentils and some full grain breads. This led to many positive effects on his health, well-being, spiritual connection and in other areas of life too.
Another few years after this he went back to more cooked foods again due to life and household situation but he never gave up on the truly healthy fruit filled lifestyle. When moving out on his own again in 2008 he went straight back to the fruits, greens, nuts and seeds. Having a physically heavy job with 10h nightshifts, 20,000 steps and up 100 flights of stairs, he quickly found out that the energy dense nuts and seeds did not transform into more energy in the legs. Giving up on these foods and increasing the sweet fruits really did the trick. It was clear that this was the way to go. He learned that the low fat, high carb fruits & greens was optimal for a high energy lifestyle.
After quitting salt completely and through this getting rid of 99% of the life long rheumatoid issues and serious joint pains it was really looking bright. A few years of the low fat raw lifestyle with only the occasional cooked foods let his body heal restless legs syndrome and other strange symptoms that seemed like nerve damage.
Fast forward to 2022. Through this 30 year journey, Rob has gathered a lot of experience when it comes to health and healing. At this point he has seen and helped countless people with their health and he has learned even more about the common issues, mistakes and what really works. He is now working with his partner to create holistic health retreats in the tropics. They are aiming for a 2023 launch. Fun facts about Rob: One of his favorite smoothies is ripe bananas + water. Ever since he was born he has had a direct experience with the subtle life force, spiritual connection and intuition ... and this sensitivity was greatly improved on raw fruits and greens.
