Sunday slow-morning ritual ☕✨

Change of the Season”
As the first snowfall arrives, I’m reminded of how natural it is for us to change, soften, and shift—just like the seasons. ❄️
For so many years, I tried to push through winter, resist the cold, and hold on to the pace of the season before it. But life feels so much more peaceful when we allow ourselves to move with the rhythm of nature rather than against it.
This gentle transition into winter is teaching me to slow down, listen, and mother myself with the same care I offer to others. To rest when I’m tired, warm my body with movement and breath, and allow my mind to settle into quiet moments.
This is where I teach from.
This is where my mindful yoga practice begins—by honouring the natural cycles around us and within us.
As we step into this new season, I invite you to take a moment to nurture yourself too… whether through breath, movement, stillness, or simply noticing the beauty around you.
