You know the drill:
You decide that itโs time to eat better, go to the gym, finally write that business plan, or stop binge-scrolling at midnight; youโve read the articles, understood the logic behind whatever it is that you want, and even feel motivated โ at least for the first day or two โ and, thenโฆsomething happens (or, more accurately, something doesnโt happen).
It might look like this:
You avoid the gym; you order a takeaway instead of cooking, or you open up Netflix again instead of writing your plan until you eventually find yourself sitting there, frustrated with yourself and asking:

Oh, hi there.
On Tuesday September 16th at 19:30 UK time I'm going to be doing a free yin yoga class online.
This is for anybody who wants to get a taste of realness and to find a regulating sense of dissolution that they can carry off the yoga mat and into the rest of their lives.
There's no agenda other than to DISSOLVE and to get into a calm and regulated space where your mind-body is pointing in the same direction and you feel loose, open, and real.
I'll be doing this every three weeks (unless something goes horribly wrong) and everybody is welcome (I'll be doing yoga at this time anyway and I did my yoga teacher training last year so thought it would be cool to invite others).
The flow we'll do will be accessible to pretty much anybody in terms of its difficulty level and I'll give modifications when needed.

There comes a point in many peopleโs lives when they know deep in the very being of their bones that something has to change.
It usually starts as the dawning realisation that theyโve been going through the motions for too long:
Maybe theyโre โstuckโ in a job that slowly kills their soul; maybe their relationship is more about playing out learned roles than real connection. Maybe theyโve been performing a version of themselves thatโs palatable, polite, and that people even โlikeโ but thatโs completely unreal and keeping them lost to the Void.
Whatever it is, something in them starts to stir โ a quiet voice, a gut feeling, or an existential panic attack at 3am.
And that something always says the same thing:
๐๐ฉโ๐จ ๐ฉ๐๐ข๐ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐๐๐ฉ ๐ง๐๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ.
What theyโve found themselves on is a turning point โ the threshold between their โoldโ unreal life and a newer real life that is more aligned with who they really are and what life is. They reach a point where the soul says โEnough is enoughโ and where they awaken to the idea of making actual changes but thenโฆ nothing happens.
In this state, the realisation, ideas, and desires are all there but โ despite this pull towards something more real โ action never seems to be taken and so nothing seems to change (or, if it does, it ends up being hesitant, half-hearted, or sabotaged).
Why is this?

These consequences may not always be catastrophic ones but they will always be an invitation into some deeper truth:
Emotional consequences. Relational consequences. The kind of consequences that ask us to face our lives honestly.

Oh, hi there.
So I'm just shamelessly typing this to let you know that my new book is finally out - it's called 'Trust' and it's about developing our 'Trust Muscle' and returning to our nature for REALNESS.
The main theme of the book is that we're all born to be able to trust ourselves and life but because of SHAME we become disconnected from the TRUTH and go hurtling into the VOID.
Once there, we feel all kinds of restless itches that can never be scratched but try anyway by looking for all kinds of substitutes for the truth to take away the TENSION of being unreal. This can lead to anxiety, depression, and addiction and the endless quest to try and fill something that can never be filled because we need to become it.
This book will show you how to start turning back towards reality and away from the Void so that you can find a sense of flow and peace whilst taking REAL ACTION and doing something meaningful with your life.
If you're sick of spiritual bullsh*ttery and wishful thinking, this book will help you to make deep changes in your life at the level of your body (nervous system regulation etc.), mind (managing your thoughts and ego etc.) and beyond (bringing your true nature back out of the SHADOW TERRITORY).
Ultimately, 'Trust' will help you take yourself from a state of fragmentation into deeper wholeness by helping you understand exactly what the 'human condition' really is and what you can 'do' (and not 'do') about it.

Love and relationships are two different beasts.
Love is truly UNCONDITIONAL because it's just ACCEPTANCE but relationships always eventually bring all kinds of conditions in the form of EXPECTATIONS.
Some of these expectations are REAL because the relationship can't exist and sustain itself without them (things like being loyal, committed and promising to riding through changes together, etc.).
Others are UNREAL because people expect things of others as a way of AVOIDING THEMSELVES or crossing boundaries that shouldn't and can never be crossed.
In these cases (when somebody has unreal expectations of you because of their own ego 'stuff') there's nothing wrong with disappointing them (it will maybe even do them a favour in the long-term by bringing some REALNESS into the picture).
