So I'm just shamelessly typing this to let you know that my new book is finally out - it's called 'Trust' and it's about developing our 'Trust Muscle' and returning to our nature for REALNESS.
The main theme of the book is that we're all born to be able to trust ourselves and life but because of SHAME we become disconnected from the TRUTH and go hurtling into the VOID.
Once there, we feel all kinds of restless itches that can never be scratched but try anyway by looking for all kinds of substitutes for the truth to take away the TENSION of being unreal. This can lead to anxiety, depression, and addiction and the endless quest to try and fill something that can never be filled because we need to become it.
This book will show you how to start turning back towards reality and away from the Void so that you can find a sense of flow and peace whilst taking REAL ACTION and doing something meaningful with your life.
If you're sick of spiritual bullsh*ttery and wishful thinking, this book will help you to make deep changes in your life at the level of your body (nervous system regulation etc.), mind (managing your thoughts and ego etc.) and beyond (bringing your true nature back out of the SHADOW TERRITORY).
Ultimately, 'Trust' will help you take yourself from a state of fragmentation into deeper wholeness by helping you understand exactly what the 'human condition' really is and what you can 'do' (and not 'do') about it.
Every chapter has a special exercise for implementation called a '๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ด๐ฒ' - you can use this in journaling or meditation so that you're not just filling your head with more concepts by reading the book but are actually EXPERIENCING what it talks about.
-Dives into the futility of worrying and its relationship to addiction. Also looks at what addiction is in relation to the Void and how we can overcome our worries and addictions in general.
-If you want to trust, then you need to return to your true nature (REALNESS); if you've been a way for a while this is going to involve facing some emotional pain but it's worth it in the long run.
-The opposite of trust is fear and so if we can improve our relationship with unreal fear then we can let go and live our real lives. That's the gist of this chapter (especially in relation to the 'World' vs. REALITY).
-How you can keep TRUSTING even when life is difficult or you're going through stressful storms and tempests. This chapter will help you manage your relationship with stress for good.
-How you can bring everything together for Awareness, Acceptance, and Action
