Self-care is one key to good health and wellness that comes in many shapes and sizes. Some practices aim to support body, mind, and spirit with a simple routine, while other practices involve more extensive learning. In this collection, Saybrook University faculty, students, and alumni serve as guides in various mind-body based experiences.
