Hey everyone, hope you are all well β‘ Unfortunately, I won't be able to stick to my weekly uploads any more, as I'm about to start a new full-time job, but I'm still doing my best to create content for you - I just don't know how often I will be able to do so. Maybe one day I'll be able to create videos for you full-time, but for now I just have to do the best I can! I just wanted to let you know that I will keep going, but at a slower pace - I hope you understand! π
Also, with everything that's been going on in the Ukraine (which is not very far from where I live), I feel extremely sad, frustrated and angry. My heart goes out to each and everyone that is suffering from these terrible actions. It's really hard for me to find the right words. All we can do now is stay together, help wherever we can and donate. My heart is heavy and I hope we will all find peace soon. #staywithukraine

However, you don't have to start on Jan 1st β feel free to start the challenge at any day you want! (If you are like me and you want to spend the first day of the year on the couch with lots of food that's perfectly fine π«ππ)

I don't know who needs to read this, but I wanted to let you know that it's okay to slow down and pause for a minute, a day, or maybe even weeks. The pace of life these days is just insane. And this doesn't just affect content creators, it affects all of us. I feel like so many of us are filling their days with more tasks than they can accomplish - no wonder we feel run down and burnt-out. And we do so, because we often look at other people and think they manage their lives with ease and harmony. But they struggle too. We are humans, not computers. Why are we setting the bar so high? You know what I want us all to do? Nothing! Absolutely nothing! And I say this, because I myself have troubles doing nothing. I feel like 'I'm wasting my time', because I need to fill every spare minute with something 'productive'.. I mean how f"*%ed up is this? Really think about this for a second - when was the last time you really did nothing and felt good about it? So I just wanted to remind you that you are a no better or worse person if you are more productive and get 'more things done' or just chill on the couch all day. Your worth is, was and always will be the same, no matter what you are doing! The purpose of life is to just be alive. Please, do yourself a favour and put your mental health first! It's more important than anything else! And remember, on some days it's enough to just be here and breathe. Lots of love β¨
Yay, we made it to week 5, the final week of our workout calendar! Since we are all feeling super strong at this point, this week is going to be the hardest of them all! All of them are super intense full body workouts which will tone your entire body and probably make you sweat π¦ You can already be so proud of yourself for coming this far πI really hope you enjoyed it and I wish you all the best with these fiery final workouts!!
