Last week was an epic dump of fun, where we attended the IIT Bombay creator E-Sumit award function 2025. and then we roamed around a lot, did tons of crazy stuff and had a blast! I’m sharing these sweet little memories with you all.❤️🫶🏻

✨Peace flows into life when you stop holding on to the need to control every outcome. The mind often convinces us that everything must be figured out before we can feel safe, but life has its own rhythm. The more we try to predict every turn, the more restless we become, because uncertainty cannot be solved by force. Instead, it softens the moment when you allow yourself to breathe and trust that what is meant for you will arrive in its own timing.
Often the most beautiful shifts happen in the space between effort and surrender, where you give your best and then let go. It is in this space that opportunities align, doors open, and connections are made that you could not have planned. Worry builds walls around your heart, but trust opens pathways you never imagined. When you release the weight of fear and control, you make room for clarity, creativity, and quiet miracles.
The journey becomes lighter when you remember that the universe is not working against you but moving with you. By stepping back, you discover that solutions, healing, and abundance have a way of flowing in when you no longer chase them. Sometimes all that is required is your presence, patience, and faith. That is when magic unfolds.

Backbends are not about “going deeper”. They’re about creating space, between each , vertebra, across the front body, and through the breath.
To progress safely: • Mobilize the thoracic spine: use drills that articulate each vertebra and free the ribs from the habitual forward curve. • Stabilize the lumbar spine: engage the deep core and lengthen the tailbone to protect the lower back. • Open the shoulders and hips: because spinal extension depends as much on peripheral joints as on the spine itself. • Strengthen the posterior chain: glutes, hamstrings and back muscles support the lift and prevent collapse. • Breathe: each inhale creates internal space; each exhale teaches the nervous system safety in extension.
