Mindfulness and meditation have been a steady anchor for me through many of life’s challenges, including living with moderate hearing loss in both ears.
On this channel, I share guided mindfulness, meditation, and stress-management practices, especially with the hearing loss community in mind. The practices are simple and supportive and they invite you to slow down, reconnect, and breathe. They are designed to meet you where you are, no prior experience is needed.
I’m a meditation teacher with over 30 years of personal practice, and I’m passionate about sharing the tools I have gathered along the way that have helped me in navigating stress and challenging situations more skillfully.
