💃 Hey, I'm Hayley. Dance fitness teacher, mental health advocate, and the woman who used to track every single calorie while absolutely hating her body.

I've been teaching dance fitness for 10 years, but the reason I do it has nothing to do with burning calories. I do it because I know what it's like to have a toxic relationship with exercise, food, and the way you look. This channel is for women who are done with punishing workouts. Women who want to dance around their living room to nostalgic songs and feel something other than guilt.
