Very well. The purge of my repository started. The copyright bullies being on my back, I have to suppress any item that could potentially earn me a fatal blow. There is no playing around this time, I must act and act quick. Thinking about it, it was a miracle to get this far without my account being terminated. No new raw will be uploaded in Youtube, except for ones I intend to translate. So much for future surprises, huh? But it's the price to pay to keep my platform and continue watching my favorite content makers.
I must say, I am sorry for the 11K subscribers who will lose a significant amount of videos to watch, but you have to understand that my back is against the wall. If you have to express anger, direct it at the trigger happy killjoy cowboys who love to strike youtubers. The raw repository's new location is at my official archive.org account, now. Yes, that includes the content at the root of the conflicts. Since these right holders are being dipshits with me, I'll be a headstrong dipshit with them as well.
As for Nippon Animation and some others, they played fair and only blocked the contentious videos, so I'll respect their copyright objections and never reupload anything from them anywhere else.

Don't fret about my completed projects though: Utsunomiko, Meremanoid and all the anime I either checked or translated are here to stay. It's just that my channel is entirely dedicated to occasional subtitle releases, from now on.

Alriiiight! Now, it's the movie "Tsushima Maru Sayounara Okinawa" which got me another copyright strike. You'd think I made a good action, spreading awareness about the tragedy of this freight boat who got sunk and caused so many death. You'd think nobody care about a movie this obscure and old. But nope. Muh copyright, muh money cow. Pfff. They could just block my video and call it a day but no, they have to menace my channel of straight TERMINATION. This is an absolute asshole move, I tell you.

Remember folks, the best third finger to greedy bastards is to double down on piracy. Never support the releases of bully bastards. Make sure to share a lot of Shinano Kikaku and Cinemawork productions on Bittorent.

It finally happened, folks. My first copyright strike. From Shinano-Kikaku, the distribution company of the new religious movement known as Soka Gakkai. From now on, all the anime which were created by Daisaku Ikeda are off-limit on this channel. I won't ever upload any of them... It makes me regret about talking smack of Nippon-Animation. At least, they don't threaten my channel of deletion. They just block what they regard to be too objectionable. I am not dumb, I get the memo.

Oh, I am not surprised it took so long to be smitten. I am just disappointed. A little salty by my own admission, as well. I used to think that Soka Gakkai was a cool religious movement with lofty ideas. But today is a reality check for me. Indeed, they just exposed themselves as big hypocrites, to whom profitability and tight control are way more important than any of their spiritual teachings. They just proved that they are not worth any better than the bullies depicted by Toei Animation in their OAVs. Since they have the possibility to abuse a small youtube user deriving absolute zero profit from his operations, they go for it without a second thought. It's to be expected, from a group coveting political power in Japan, I guess. Politickers and hypocrisy goes like tuna and tomato. So yes, Soka Gakkai and their distribution company won a huge battle. They can keep their multitrillion yen IPs locked up where nobody will care and watch them, if that can get their rock off. Anyway, their crappy bootleg sect will never amount to jackshit. Neither spiritually nor politically.

It has been a long time, since I last posted. In fact, I almost believed that I lost access to this account. I mostly work on my laptop these days, rarely accessing to my personal computer where all my collection is stored away.
You are not without knowing that I promised to cover "Anata ga Furikaeru Toki", a long time ago. Despite some major downs in my motivation, I got it together and finalized the subtitles, at long last! It is available on the "Skull Truth Theater" playlist, under the Sorcery Party Anime Crypt's section. This is not the only good news, as Corevizion and Wyatt1182 were kind enough to provide their own sets of subtitles, respectively for "Oshare Majo Love and Berry: Shiawase no Mahou" and "Hi no Ame ga Furu".

On the other hand, I have the regret to announce you that I gave up involvement with "Animentary Ketsudan" and "Haikara-san ga Tooru". You have to understand that "Shinkai Desentsu Meremanoid" was already a long enough project which burnt me out, so I prefer not to bite more than I can chew. Of course, Perevodildo and his active collaborators are still very much involved in "Animentary Ketsudan". If you are interested, I warmly recommend you to check his releases out!

"Taiheiyou ni Kakeru Nji" is right up next for me to work on. Perevodildo already translated it, so that I only have to quality check it. I'd say I am about 25% into it as of now. Being not so consistent with my planning anymore, he already released his own version long ago. My QC'd version will be purely fluff, which may marginally improve your comfort of reading. But if you can't wait to see the captions on Youtube, it is a wise option to look for Perevodildo's video file on the web. After this, I am considering to cover "Chocchan Monogatari". I haven't looked for the existent captions yet, but I am strongly inclined to do so, given the very high number of views you are all giving it. For now, only Japanese and Russian people can fully enjoy it. I've heard that these captions are written in broken English, so, it'd definitely benefit from my revized subtitles.
But before tackling it, I need to take time to enjoy myself. It has been a while since last I powered up my Super Nintendo, and I sure would love to complete some vintage jrpg.

Then again, I thank you for your support. I am very humbled by the success my channel is enjoying since august. With your support, we'll continue to walk the same path for a very long time... Hopefully, until many of these rare titles are printed in HD quality!

Sneakily, out of the blue, Youtube decided to suppress the second episode of Shin Karate Jigoku Hen. Of course, being the way Youtube is, you cannot plead your cause by sending a message, which is plain abject. You just push a button and hope for the best! We have the right to hush our mouth and hail the central dictatorship of Google...

Okay, Shin Karate is an edgy anime. Okay, it has sexual scenes. I get it, it is a Grindhouse anime. But it still is not as graphic as a hentai and its story doesn't revolve specifically around sex. At the Sorcery Party, we took on ourselves to translate this exploitation anime and see how it was like, if it was as decadently and comically psychotronic as I used to think it is. Just Quit being overly dramatic and disingenuous Youtube. My video doesn't "endanger security". I am not a radical imam issuing a fatwa against people, I translate simply dumb old toons. Instead of picking on my innocuous videos, take care of scammers and scrubs who lust over videos of nude children taking baths! Take care of the Elsagate drek out there and leave me alone!

Also, I made it clear my channel IS NOT for kids. NEVER BEEN. I even made it clear that I am staunchly against Youtube being used by kids, over and over... Since 2007, bubs! Since before Google took over!! I made it clear my +18 videos are potentially indecent. If labeling +18 is worthless, take this off already, then! Get a grip!!

It has been a month since the last update. While being discreet, I keep it going with my fansub effort. Your little gift for the festivities is "Jeremy no Ki" entirely fansubbed. I generally never do it, but with JnK, it was a must to also translate the lyrics since they're relevant with what happens in the tale and Iruka herself being a lyricist. I hope you appreciate this unique anime from Groupe Tac, courtesy of a joint subtitling effort of Perevodildo, World_Houp and Аццкий Критег. Concurrently, I have been checking "Animentary Ketsudan". As of now, the 7th episode is completed and almost readily available on your favorite distro! With Christmas day closing by, I will not immediately work on "Anata ga Furikaeru Toki". I stopped around the 3 minute 30 mark as I was wrapping my head around a long sentence with a hazy context. As a last recourse, I might call a board trustee help... Which I wouldn't like as it hurts my pride as a solo translator, but oh well... If you are asking why the flow of "Haikara-San ga Tooru" releases has dramatically gone to a halt, my good partner is struggling with schedule issues just as I am. I am ready to help on his endeavors as soon as the second unit is done taking care of Animentary. It blows, but I will certainly put an official stop in translating long TV series. It is a marathon I am not willing to take anymore, mostly with my job on the side. You know, it is not amusing to sacrifice most of my hobby time to this. Depending on the circumstance, I might call this decision back, who knows...

I think I have picked up my pace. I still manage to produce fansub matters quite regularly, in spite of my tighter schedule. Indeed, as of now, I completely translated "Heisei no Cinderella: Kiko Sama Monogatari". It is available now in the Skull Truth Theater's playlist. Moreover, I completed the checking of Animentary Ketsudan episode 04 and 05. The next one is due for a couple of weeks later. Currently, I will have to prioritize my next spooky Halloween upload and take care of the upcoming Christmas anime right afterwards. Thankfully, I have a thoughtful partner in Perevodildo, so this one is not going to be a time consuming solo project. If you wonder, I am not dropping "Anata ga Furikaeru Toki", I am just pushing it back a little more until I can give it full attention, because it's a little longer than the average of my solo contributions.

I come to you, with the regret to announce you that my capability to contribute to the fansub scene will severely be hampered. Indeed, you shouldn't be without knowing that real life matters take precedent over online activities. That being said, I am not handing you a resignation notice. I may be tired, as I juggle out with new responsibilities, but I stand still by your side. Indeed, today, I finally completed the checking of Animentary Ketsudan ep. 03. On the other hand, I temporarily stepped out of Haikara-san as a checker. The project is still ongoing as alucardnoyuuutsu shoulders most of the workload. Whereas I made zero progress this summer, I stay a man of my word: expect me to deliver "Anata ga Furikaeru Toki" and ""Heisei no Cinderella Kiko-sama Monogatari" in the future, as I balance my spare time between quality control teamwork and solo translation... Very well, I copy you, folks. By 9 votes and 50% of the total votes, my big vacations project is going to be "Anata ga Furikaeru Toki". I doubt it will be a project as technical and obfuscating as Animentary Ketsudan, thank God. By the way, I just delivered my script of AK's second episode, about the first part of the Midway Battle. Expect it to be released soon, if you are interested about this animated documentary. Props entirely goes to Perevodildo, fighting many headaches to make it possible!

Deadline in the Solstice of Summer, June 21. Followers, while being on vacations, I am going to work on two projects when not helping out of odd jobs or going to weddings. The first is "Heisei no Cinderella: Kiko sama Monogatari" the 15 minute TV Special about the love story of emperor Hirohito's brother. As for the second, a +30 minute one, what would you like better?
