This is a space for short, daily reflections rooted in mainly Buddhist teachings. Each video is one minute long, sharing simple notes from my personal study and practice.

I’m just a student on this path, so please don’t take these words literally. If you find them inspiring, I encourage you to explore and study the original Buddhist texts.

These notes aim to:
• Inspire mindfulness and presence.
• Spark curiosity to explore and dive deeper into the teachings.
• Offer a brief moment of peace to help you unwind, and refocus.

Many teachings aren’t easily accessible in English, so I strive to translate and share some of the insights that have deeply inspired me. Whether you’re well-versed or new to Buddhism, all are welcome. 智慧是當我們的心處於最正常的狀態 - 究竟的正常心。

究竟的正常心指無執、無偏、回歸本然的心。
智慧不是刻意追求,而是心本來清明時自現。

Wisdom arises when our mind is in its most natural state—the ultimate "normal" mind.

The normal mind refers to a mind that is free of obsessions, free of bias, and returned to its original, innate nature. Wisdom is not something to be deliberately pursued; it naturally manifests when the mind is clear and unobstructed.
