This is a space for short, daily reflections rooted in mainly Buddhist teachings. Each video is one minute long, sharing simple notes from my personal study and practice.
I’m just a student on this path, so please don’t take these words literally. If you find them inspiring, I encourage you to explore and study the original Buddhist texts.

Many teachings aren’t easily accessible in English, so I strive to translate and share some of the insights that have deeply inspired me.
