Buying property in France is not always as simple as it looks.

I have been working in French real estate since 1986 and am a fully licensed agent immobilier. I now head Agence NEWTON, a French estate agency covering a large part of western France.

Based in Brittany, I regularly work across Normandy, Pays de la Loire, Nouvelle-Aquitaine and parts of Occitanie.

On this channel, I share straightforward, experience-based videos to help you understand how the French property system really works - from viewings, offers and notaires to diagnostics, agency fees, legal pitfalls and the mistakes that often catch buyers out.

For property video tours and homes currently for sale, follow our agency channel: Agence NEWTON - French Homes For Sale.
