As 2025 quietly closes the door and 2026 knocks with a raised eyebrow, we just wanted to pause for a moment and say thank you.
Thank you to our sellers for trusting us with something that is never just bricks and mortar. Thank you to our buyers for taking the leap, asking the questions, and sometimes discovering that the French property journey is as much about patience as it is about paperwork. And thank you to everyone who follows, comments, questions, debates, disagrees politely, or simply reads along in the background.
This year has reminded us that the French property market does not move in headlines or hype. It moves in villages, kitchens, notaires’ offices, and very real life decisions. Some years are smooth, some are more… character building. 2025 had a bit of everything.
As we head into 2026, our approach stays exactly the same. Straight talking, no drama, no inflated promises, and a focus on doing things properly. Whether that means buying, selling, researching, or just understanding how things really work here.
From me personally, and from everyone at the Agency, we wish you a calm end to the year, a positive start to the next, and just enough optimism to balance the admin.
