It’s a staying in control month.
Most people don’t gain weight from Christmas Day itself.
They gain it from the “ah screw it” mindset that follows.
This time of year is about family, presence, and enjoyment.
Training and eating well still matter, but not at the expense of what December is actually for.
If you keep just two things steady this week, you’ll maintain far better than you think.
Steps. Protein. Training. Sleep.
You don’t need a perfect December.
You just need a stable one so January starts with momentum.
