I’m Chibs Okereke, and I create sleep meditations and sleep hypnosis to help you unwind, switch off, and drift into deep rest.
Sleep is foundational to everything, mental health, emotional regulation, focus, and resilience, yet around 1 in 3 adults don’t get enough sleep, leaving their nervous systems stuck in overdrive.
My meditations have helped millions find better sleep, less anxiety, and more peace. I’m a meditation instructor on the Calm app, an accredited mindfulness facilitator, and a certified clinical hypnotherapist.
I started making these because I’ve been there myself: anxiety, stress, insomnia, nervous system dysregulation, burnout. I know what it’s like when your mind won’t stop and your body won’t let you rest.
My goal is simple: to help you feel supported, safe, and settled enough to sleep.

Some of you come here at night because the day won't let go of you. You held it all together, you got everything done, and then your mind started up the moment the room went quiet.
I've spent years building something for the daytime side of that. It opens on Thursday, and I'll tell you about it here.

We use gentle body awareness, progressive relaxation, and slow hypnotic guidance to help the nervous system stop fighting wakefulness and gradually settle back into rest.

The original Melt Into the Bed has been one of your favourites... so many views, and so many lovely comments. The thing a lot of you asked for was a version that carries you all the way through the night. So here it is.
One little change on this one (thanks to some of your comments on my last overnight session)... the volume of my voice comes down even sooner, and then keeps fading even quieter and quieter through the night, much more quickly than before.
Because this is a hypnosis, it doesn't need to be loud to reach you. It can stay there in the background while you sleep, getting softer as the night goes on.
After the initial hypnosis is complete, soft affirmations carry on quietly alongside some calming 432 Hz music, so you're supported right through till morning.
If sleep has felt hard lately, take this at your own pace. There's nothing to get right. I'd love to know how this version feels for you... and do let me know if it ever fades too quiet, so I can get the balance just right.
