Ps. I've just released a new 'through the night' meditation for you. It keeps going for 8 hours all through the night and gets quieter as time passes. I'd love to know your feedback in the comments on the meditation. I'm trying to create the perfect meditation that can keep you asleep and gets quieter as the night goes on, so that it doesn't disturb you! In particular, I want to know whether you would prefer it even quieter as the night goes on! Thanks team!

It’s hard to wrap my head around these numbers…

And even harder to wrap my head around the trajectory of my YouTube channel.

Three-quarters of a million views and 10,000 new subscribers in the last month alone...

And I don’t even understand what half a million hours of watch time means, but it sounds like a lot lol.

But one thing’s clear—we’ve hit on something that people deeply need.

Guided meditations to find calm.
To feel safe.
To rest deeply.

In a world that feels more chaotic by the day.

Truth is, I could probably have a very easy life just recording meditations full-time. But the annoying, mission-driven part of me won’t let that be enough!

Because the meditations are just one piece. The other part of my mission is helping people understand how their childhood experiences shaped them, and helping people find a different way of living—one that doesn’t lead to burnout.

So yes, I’ll keep making the meditations. But I’ll also keep showing up with the real talk, the practical tools, and the deeper work.
