My recent delving into lower rep training has me thinking: can I build up to over 300 lbs in overhead tricep extensions? I did a fatigued AMRAP of 175 for 12, which would put me at 245 lbs according to the one-rep max calculator.
Squats are back on the menu boys but with some changes I'm finally over my pelvic floor issue 1. I'm going to clean up my form I think all that bouncing out of the bottom is what caused my issues in the first place 2. I'm not going to do 10x100 I want to cut it 10 x50 just like upper body if I can hit 315 by 10 sets of 50 I can definitely hit it for 100 in one set 3. I'm going to switch to zerchers simply because it uses the arms and can never have too much arm work lol I'm also not going to upload until I reach when I left off at which was 185lb 5x50 which will take me about 3 months so see you then
Bad news buckos Incase you haven't noticed I have had to put squats on hold I have developed some sort of pelvic floor issue but as soon as that's straightened out I will resume
