This channel is a little quieter these days, I no longer update it, but I’ve kept it live because many lovely humans still roll out their mats here to breathe, move and feel a bit more like themselves.
I’m Hannah Balint. I’ve been teaching yoga and mindfulness for over a decade and still do, currently in the US where I now live. These days, I also work as a life coach, supporting people facing big decisions about moving—overseas, interstate or back home.
