I’m a 38-year-old mom of 2 who creates low-impact workouts that help women get stronger + see visible results from their workouts. I combine my degrees in Kinesiology & Occupational Therapy (physical rehab) with training in Pilates & experience in physique training to create easy to follow routines that increase lean muscle, improve cardiovascular health, promote fat loss, & are fun!

My goal is to show you how approachable strength training can feel, and provide you with science-backed programming to help you create a sustainable routine that delivers the results you desire.

My channel has strength training at the foundation, exercises found in Pilates to fill in the gaps of strength training, and Cardio for a full fitness experience.
