Did you know you can listen to my podcast episodes on my YouTube page? Yep, the audio is linked through an RSS feed. So here's my wondering...would you rather listen to the audio only for these episodes, watch the raw video or have access to both?

I just want to remind all of you that it is okay you don't "feel better" yet or that things seem to be taking the time they are taking. You have a right to your grief and pain. AND time alone will not be what helps you move through it. You are allowed to immerse yourself in the work, to show up for yourself and take the time you need.

You are the only person that both has to and gets to live your life. So, let's stop perpetuating suffering to accommodate other people's expectations and projections. Show up for you!

Did you know Youtube has membership options? For as little as $.99/month you can support content creators and get awesome free stuff (access to emojis, free downloads, members-only content, etc).

If I were to launch a membership option, what types of things would you want to see included?

Check out this interview I gave about how we can better understand stress and what leads us to get stuck in stress cycles so we can do the work to break out of these patterns.

So much around stress management is about quick fixes and band-aids and this article is anything but. We are looking at the deep, seedy underbelly of stress, anxiety, and burnout and talking about the work that both needs to be done and that you deserve to do to continue on your shame resilience journey.

What is something you're proud of yourself for?

This past year and a half, I have really immersed myself in physical fitness. I have done a lot of things that have made me uncomfortable and have seen how strong I have become not just physically but mentally and emotionally too. I think the biggest thing is that I have gotten incredibly comfortable trying -- and failing -- at new things. I am not afraid to go for something and learn how to miss safely. And it has translated into some big jumps outside of the gym as well.

We can't grow and evolve without also taking time to celebrate our growth and accomplishments. Make sure you take time to acknowledge all that you are, what you have endured and who you are becoming.

**This photo is after my dear friend, Danika (right), and I won a fitness competition just about a year ago.
