Ever heard of Kegels? They’re a secret weapon for your core health! These simple exercises strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, and the benefits are amazing for EVERYONE.
Why do Kegels?
✅ Better bladder control
✅ Enhanced sexual health
✅ Stronger core support
✅ Great for both women ♀️ & men ♂️!
How to Do Them:
1️⃣ Find the Muscles: The next time you use the restroom, try to stop the flow of urine mid-stream. Those are the muscles! (Don't do this regularly, just to identify them).
2️⃣ Squeeze & Hold: Tighten those muscles for 3-5 seconds. Imagine you are lifting a marble. Make sure you aren't squeezing your stomach, butt, or thighs!
3️⃣ Relax & Repeat: Relax completely for 3-5 seconds. Aim for 10-15 repetitions, 3 times a day.
Consistency is key! You can do them anywhere, anytime.
