👀👀 Dark circles under the eyes are not one problem.
Most people try to fix them with creams, patches, or cucumber slices.
But in reality, dark circles usually come from anatomy, blood flow, oxygen levels, genetics or aging. (Not the wrong serum)
The skin under the eyes has only 6 cellular layers and almost no subcutaneous fat.
That makes this area extremely vulnerable. Any change in blood circulation, oxygen supply, or pigmentation shows up immediately.
There are 7 real causes of dark circles:
• oxygen deficiency and chronic fatigue
• too much screen time and eye strain
• alcohol and smoking damaging blood vessels
• aging, posture, and neck tension
• genetics and inherited pigmentation
• deep-set eyes and naturally thin skin
• medical conditions that should never be ignored
Some of these causes you can fix.
Some you can improve.
And some, you need to understand and stop fighting.
The most important part is knowing which category you fall into, so you don’t waste time and money on solutions that don’t apply to you.

The nasolabial fold (the line running from the nose to the corner of the mouth) forms for a number of reasons:
🫴🏻Loss of volume and decent of the cheeks
🫴🏻Tension in the muscles in the cheek area
🫴🏻Tension in the jaw and lower face that pulls down and compresses the tissues in the mid face
🫴🏻Fascia restricting fluid movement and drainage
🫴🏻Reduction of collagen fibres in the skin as well as bones shrinking with age which simply causes all of the face to slowly collapse inwards and down.
But let’s focus on the SOLUTION instead of the problem: 💪
What you see in the photo is a deep fascia release technique focused on the nasolabial fold and mouth corners.
➡️ It’s done without oil (you need good grip). Use a slow squeezing motion to increase blood flow, soften tension and rehydrate the fascia.
This move also stimulates circulation and collagen production in this area.
➡️ This leads the skin to become plump from within and smooths the wrinkles or lines.
Important to understand🚨
To achieve the best and most lasting results, you also need to release tension in the jaw, neck and cheeks so they stop pulling on this area.

Easy way to release tension and soften jaw pain:
1. Create a hook with your index finger.
2. Slide down from the cheekbone toward your jawline
3. Be aware of the working area: stay on the chewing muscle, if you’re not sure work close to your ear.
4. You can bite your teeth for a moment and you’ll feel straight away where the chewing muscle is.
5. Optional: add some cream or oil to the area for a little bit of glide. But you don’t have to
6. You can open your mouth a little while you’re doing this
7. You can do one side at a time instead of both at the same time…. It’s easier if you’re beginner ☺️
