Japanese home cook sharing healthy, gut-friendly recipes — rooted in Japanese cooking and inspired by the world.
Most recipes are based on traditional Japanese home cooking, focusing on simple ingredients, natural flavors, and everyday wellness.
I also enjoy creating fusion dishes, blending Japanese techniques and fermented ingredients like sakekasu with flavors from other cuisines, in my own way.
If you love Japanese food, healthy cooking, and creative global flavors, subscribe and cook along with me💛:)
Sakekasu Mana-chan
Konnichiwa, everyone! (Hello~!)
This is my very first post on the Community feed since YouTube released it for my channel after reaching 500+ subscribers.
First of all, thank you so much for watching and subscribing to my channel. I truly appreciate every single one of you.
I first posted my video back in April this year, and I honestly didn’t expect my channel to grow this way. I’m also very happy to see that so many people around the world are interested in healthy Japanese recipes, not only the popular ones.
I grew up with longevity grandparents, and in my family, we’ve always loved eating food that brings good to our bodies. I truly believe that we are what we eat.
That’s why I’m so happy to share my original recipes with people who love Japanese food, as well as anyone who believes that food can nourish both the heart and the body 🤍🤍
please let me share somthing with you.
Upcoming posts
• Shorts will be out tomorrow (I usually post on Wednesdays & Fridays)
• A long-form video will be posted this Saturday at 9:00 PM (Japan time)
For long-form videos, I’ll be posting about 1–2 videos per month, as I’m currently working a 9-to-5 job 🙂
Thank you so much for your understanding and support.
In the upcoming long video, I’ll be sharing easy meal prep ideas for a healthy Japanese weekday breakfast.
Thank you so much for reading, and Happy Holidays to everyone!!!
