I am a certified Personal Trainer who loves to cook and share my knowledge.
A little about myself, I have a hormonal imbalance called PCOS, and a lot of foods left me feeling unwell after eating, symptom flare ups, and a good amount of yo-yo-ing with my weight. I took the last few years to do self research on healthy food, experiment with food recipes, and workouts that best worked with my PCOS.
I understand that there is a lot of information out there and I hope that sharing my experience, recipes, and knowledge can help you.
