My passion for fitness started in my teens, but a PCOS diagnosis in my early 20s changed everything. I struggled with symptom flare-ups, foods that left me feeling awful, and years of yo-yo-ing with my weight. What started as personal research turned into a mission — learning how to work with my body, not against it.
I realized that health isn't about how hard you can push. It's about what happens when you finally start listening.
