Most people think mobility takes hours — but one minute a day can change everything. 🕐

In this video, Ryan shares the simple nightly floor routine that’s quietly built his flexibility and control for years — and how doing less (but doing it consistently) can do more for your body than any random stretch session.

A lot of us don't think about mobility until we hit our 30s.

And with so much content out there, it's tough to know where to start.

The truth is, you only need 4 movements that train your body to work together as a complete system.

☐ HANG EVERY DAY
☐ FOCUS ON MOBILITY
☐ STRENGTH TRAIN RIGHT
☐ FIND YOUR WHY
☐ FIND YOUR COMMUNITY

680,000+ views on the most recent video.

Now the real question: how many of you are actually doing them?

Here's what I'm seeing in the comments and DMs—most people watched, nodded along, maybe even felt motivated. Then went right back to their old routine.

Let's check in. Be honest:

Which of the 5 are you actually doing consistently right now?

- Hanging every day (or at least 5x/week)
- Moving through full ranges daily (mobility work, locomotion, level changes)
- Strength training for capability (not just chasing numbers)
- Training for a specific activity (your "why" - not just "staying in shape")
- Part of a training community (people who show up with you)

Drop your number in the comments.

If you're doing all 5, say so. If you're only doing 1 or 2, that's fine—just be honest about it.

Here's the thing: You don't need to be perfect at all five starting today. But you do need to start somewhere. Pick one you're not doing and commit to it this week.

Which one are you going to focus on?

What’s one small thing you do every day that helps your body feel better?

So far 430,000 of you watched the "I'm 53. If you're 30 or 40, watch this." video and I really loved all the comments on there! Let's cover one question regarding the first point:

"How do I start hanging if I can't even hold it for 10 seconds?"

Fair question. Most people in their 30s and 40s have lost more grip strength than they realize. Here's exactly how to start—no matter where you are right now.

FEET ASSISTED HANG
This builds the foundational strength you need. Start with your toes on the ground for support using whatever time you can hold. Even 5 seconds counts. Work up to 20-30 seconds.

DEAD HANG (PASSIVE)
Once you can hold that assisted hang for 30 seconds, progress to the dead hang. Arms fully extended, shoulders relaxed, just hanging. This is where you start building serious grip strength and shoulder mobility. Start with 10 seconds. Work toward 30 seconds, then 60 seconds.

ACTIVE HANG
Now engage your shoulders. Pull your shoulder blades down and back. You should feel your lats activate and your body rise slightly. This builds the shoulder stability and strength you need for more advanced movements. Hold for 20-30 seconds.
