The idea of creating the channel came to me after numerous meetings with patients in the office and two main questions that excite people: "What should I eat to lose weight and what should I do to be healthier and feel better?" There is usually not enough time in the office to discuss ideas for change in detail, so I decided to create this space where you will find healthy recipes and workouts that would help you on a daily basis.
