Hi lovelies! Hope you all enjoyed your Christmas however that looked for you this year 🤎🤎
Just wanted to jump on here and update you that there won’t be any new workouts this week I’ve decided to take a pause just for this week as we bring in the new year.
It’s a beautiful time of reflection, slowing down and goal setting so I’ll be planning out all that I have in store for this year.
Hope you all have an amazing start to your new year and I’ll be back next week with some fresh workouts for you. I haven’t forgotten about a new year challenge so I’ll make a post next week for your input.

I haven’t had a chance to film as I’ve been teaching and finishing up the year before I take a 2 week break from teaching in studio so I will be filming tomorrow. (Ps it’s also my birthday on Tuesday so might surprise you with an extra short workout 🎂)
Also with the holidays in mind I’m going for a bit more of a gentler options for the workouts especially if you are travelling over the period so minimal props ☺️
I’ll do a seperate post to get your feedback on a potential challenge in the new year!

With Christmas and New Years upon us I would love to know if you would like to still have workouts during this period over the next 2 weeks - if you could let me know down below in the poll that would be amazing!
If so I will send another poll with 4 workouts to choose from and whatever 2 is the most voted will be next weeks.
Also would you like a new year challenge in January or like a 7 day over this 2 week period? Or a 15 day challenge in the new year. Let me know your thoughts as I would love to hear from you ☺️ Think more about consistency less intensity then my 20 Days to a Stronger you obviously still spicy but less intense!

I LOVED making this weeks videos, these styles will definitely be staying. So currently I will have 3 varieties in the workouts, Signature Sculpt, Flow & Tone and Strong/Heavy/Strength.

It's officially December tomorrow can you believe it! This year is flying by! I have also now been on Youtube for 6 months consistently!! Which is so crazy thank you all for supporting me on this side of the internet can't believe there are nearly 5k of you 🥹
