Yoga Pilates by Claudia is a calm, safety-focused movement channel for women over 50 who want to stay mobile, strong, and confident in their bodies.
I’m Claudia Gutiérrez, a certified Sports Science and Physical Education professional with over 40 years of teaching experience. I teach gentle yoga, Pilates, mobility, stretching, and pain-relief classes designed for beginners, returners to movement, and anyone who wants a safe, realistic approach to exercise after 50.
My teaching style is clear, supportive, and practical.
No punishment. No quick fixes. No hype.
Just well-structured movement that respects your body and supports daily life.
Classes are taught in English, with some sessions also available in Spanish.
