Yoga Pilates by Claudia is a calm, safety-focused movement channel for women over 50 who want to stay mobile, strong, and confident in their bodies.
I’m Claudia Gutiérrez, a certified Sports Science and Physical Education professional with over 40 years of teaching experience. I teach gentle yoga, Pilates, mobility, stretching, and pain-relief classes designed for beginners, returners to movement, and anyone who wants a safe, realistic approach to exercise after 50.
My teaching style is clear, supportive, and practical.
No punishment. No quick fixes. No hype.
Just well-structured movement that respects your body and supports daily life.
Classes are taught in English, with some sessions also available in Spanish.

How is Structured:
Mondays: Guided meditations or visualization designed for grounding and healing using the Chakra System and Yoga Nidra practices for Deep Relaxation (a different side of me that you didnt experience yet on my beach classes :)
Tuesdays: A full 60 Min Flow Class specially for over 50 with all the Claudia flavour that you are used too.
Wednesdays and Thursdays: Really Short movement reset for Back, Hips and Shoulders.
Fridays: Gentle Stretches 10 Min. Chair Supported
Saturdays: Gentle Stretches 10 Min. Floor Based
Sundays: Short Restorative Practices to Relax Body and Mind or Yoga Nidra for Deep Rest and Relaxation (ideal for better sleep )
