My friend is the owner of a brand for Tall women and she designed this track suit. I love this suit because it’s in my favorite color RED 🥰 and because it’s simple and can be dressed up or down.
I’m sure y’all can see that I’m having a lot of fun redefining my style since losing 82 pounds.
I want that for every woman, to feel good in her skin and enjoy getting dressed and that doesn’t equate to a specific size

I've been busy but wanted to check in to say hey and to see how yall are doing.
So it's official!! I'm now a full-time entrepreneur/content creator and I know some folk be running to these entrepreneurial streets but please know THAT IS NOT MY TESTIMONY 😂😂😂 I wanted the "security" of a job 🤦🏽♀️ but God said "I'm your security" so here we are and I am nervous and excited as heck!!
I had my first official content day where we spent the ENTIRE day filming and shooting videos and photos and I was worn out.
Yes! I did record it and will post the video later today but in the meantime here are a few pictures from the shoot

When I attended the Tall Girl Meetup in October 2023 I was around 220 pounds. I was so uncomfortable in my body and in my clothes.
I attended the event because the owner asked me to speak to the women there about being confident 🤦🏽♀️ I didn't know my teammate from almost 30 years ago would be there.
I delivered a great speech BUT I felt like such a fraud
Fast forward to this year's event, I intentionally showed up as my best self. Owning every part of me and my journey. I didn't have to speak or anything like that but I walked in the room like I was supposed to be there ❤️
The time effort and resources that you invest into yourself are all worth it
