科技與古典哲理的相遇

瑜珈爆發大流行至今;絕大多數練習者接觸到的瑜珈修行,僅是它展現在外的最基本風貌—瑜珈體式Asanas ;而在派坦加利所著作的帝王瑜珈修行系統的代表作品瑜珈經修行品中指出由八種紀律組成的瑜珈修行系統可以去除八種面向的障礙讓修行者的內在之光完全綻放光芒,其中第一、二種紀律分別是外在行為及自我行為的紀律Yama & Niyama,分別去除社交上及自我個性上的障礙,第三種身體的紀律Asana不僅僅可以去除身體上的障礙,還能完成第七種紀律—禪Dhyana,讓內在之光綻放光芒。

體式修行的第一步以達到穩定Sthira為目標,完成穩定後則要達到毫不費力Sukham,此時不再起任何分別而完成禪定;而修行品中也指出從穩定要達到毫不費力則有三種途徑:第一是外在與內在達到平衡,這個途徑正是哈達瑜珈的陽陰平衡,身體是陽,內在的心念是微細體(能量體、精神體、情緒體.....等)的重要成份,此則是陰,陰陽平衡時身體耗費的力量會變的毫不費力;第二是身體穩定時,開始控制呼吸及內外屏息來控制普拉那Prana的運行來達成,第三則是專注於整個體式的穩定。

上述三種從體式穩定到身、心、環境統一的禪境的途徑,與其他七種紀律互相呼應,究其實都是在練心健腦,然而該從何著手?如何進行呢?祖師派坦加利在瑜珈經的三摩地品Samadhi Pada中所提出的練心健腦法門首重在開啟覺知、開發覺性,從覺知Buddhi一路開發到佛陀Buddha無所不覺的圓滿覺之境。

除了建立體式的正確修行觀念之外,瑜珈境Sivananda Yoga Studio理當在此時代為有緣的瑜珈練習者們指引一條開啟覺知、發展覺性的瑜珈開悟之道,「健腦房」應運而生。

「健腦房」一詞的概念源自於長期關懷治療過動兒、遲緩兒,情緒困擾及學習障礙學童的財團法人永春文教基金會繼承人鄭敦揚居士,他自美國引進檢測五種腦波的儀器,該儀器一般運用於醫療機構用以檢測患者並追蹤治療進度,鄭居士將之運用於成人的專注力訓練與智力開發項目實屬創舉。

當鄭居士參加瑜珈境舉辦國際瑜珈聯盟認證的RYT200小時瑜珈師資培訓那一刻,21世紀腦波檢測科技與古典瑜珈明心見性的成神之道終於相遇了;於是永春文教基金會與瑜珈境聯手打造『QEEG健腦房』頻道,建立一個練心健腦的基地,以提昇人的品質,並期許能透過『QEEG健腦房』幫助更多人自覺、覺他、覺圓滿。
