I was 128 lbs… anxious, impulsive, depressed, and chasing dopamine in all the wrong places. I wasn’t “lazy.” I wasn’t “unmotivated.” I was lost. Every day felt like I was stuck in my own head, making the same self-sabotaging decisions over and over.
Then I made one impulsive decision that changed everything… I jumped off a wall broke both my ankles, and hit the lowest moment of my life.
That pain forced me to slow down and look at my life for the first time. And the crazy part? My transformation didn’t start with some big dramatic change.
It started with one small habit: walking into the gym.
Then I started paying attention to what I ate. Then I worked on my self-talk. Then I focused on being 1% better each day.
I didn’t fix my life overnight… I rebuilt it through tiny wins stacked over YEARS.
Over time: • I stopped running from myself • I created a routine I could actually stick to • I learned how to work WITH my ADHD instead of fighting it • I learned how to enjoy the process • I became a personal trainer • Then a licensed nutritionist • And now I coach people who feel the same way I used to
This isn’t just “fitness.” It’s mindset. It’s follow-through. It’s breaking cycles you’ve been stuck in for YEARS.
If you’re ADHD and struggling with the same self-sabotage, inconsistency, or burnout I went through…
DM or comment “FIT” and I’ll send you the simple steps that helped me finally get consistent.
You don’t need motivation. You don’t need perfection. You just need your next WIN
I didn’t “get lucky.” I didn’t “find the right workout.” I wasn’t “naturally disciplined.”
I was a 128lb drug addict with ADHD, drowning in cheap dopamine, bad habits, and negative self-talk. I always knew deep down I could be better… but I kept sabotaging myself.
Then I broke both my ankles. And for the first time, I had clarity. I was tired of being a weak, scared version of myself. I was ready to change.
It wasn’t fast. It wasn’t pretty. But every day I put in something. One better decision. One better habit. One better conversation with myself.
And eventually… I became the person I always knew was in there.
It’s possible for anyone — especially those of us with ADHD — to change their habits, their self-talk, their body, and their entire lifestyle.

📌 My transformation took almost 5 years…
I didn’t “get lucky.”
I didn’t “find the right workout.”
I wasn’t “naturally disciplined.”
I was a 128lb drug addict with ADHD, drowning in cheap dopamine, bad habits, and negative self-talk.
I always knew deep down I could be better… but I kept sabotaging myself.
