Day 5 and our focus is: Eat for Energy.
We’re still locking in our 25 minutes of movement, but we’re adding one mindset shift:
👉 Choose foods that fuel your body, not drain it.
Simple wins for tomorrow:

• More whole foods
• More fruits & veggies

• One healthier swap
• Stay hydrated
