Day 15 of the 25-Day Challenge – Real Talk 💪

Today I worked out in the evening for the first time in a while… and I’ll be honest—it felt more challenging than my usual early-morning workouts.

Not because the workout itself was harder,
but because my energy, focus, and mindset were different.

For me, early-morning workouts do something powerful:
I get a stronger endorphin high
I feel sharper mentally throughout the day
I handle stress and decisions better at work
And most importantly… I feel like I’ve already won the day

When I train early, my main goal is accomplished before most people even start moving. That momentum carries into everything else I do.

Evening workouts still count—100%.
But this reminded me that when you know what works best for YOU, protect it.

The goal of this 25-day challenge isn’t perfection.

It’s awareness, consistency, and ownership of your habits.

If you’ve been debating when to work out, experiment.

Your best time is the one that helps you show up better for life.

- Stay locked in.
- One day at a time.
- Let’s keep going.
