On World AIDS Day 2023, I decided to share my story, not just to shed light on the realities of living with HIV, but to bust the myths and misconceptions, too.

I hope to empower those facing similar struggles, proving that living with HIV isn’t the end—it's a new beginning. Remember, HIV is no longer a death sentence, but the stigma surrounding it can be even more challenging to face. Let’s break down those barriers together.
