Let’s talk about Seated Forward Fold while sitting on a block and using a yoga strap. 🧘♀️
This version of the pose brings so much ease and support to your fold. Sitting on a block gently tilts the pelvis forward, allowing the spine to stay long as you hinge at the hips. Looping a strap around the feet brings the ground closer to you, so there’s no need to force the stretch or round through the low back.
