I, Arun C.J., have dedicated my life to guiding people toward meaningful living through health, peace, and clarity. With a Master’s in Yoga and Naturopathy, certifications in Acupuncture, and an International Diploma in Yoga Therapy, I began my journey in 2014 as a Yoga instructor and later as a full-time Acupuncture therapist. Working with people revealed to me that true healing requires addressing the mind, and for the mind to heal, it must connect with the Divine. This inspired me to create *Iraivazhi Dhyānam*—a holistic path combining meditation, acupuncture, yoga, naturopathy, and dietary wisdom. Through my academy, I share this approach via workshops, courses, online programs, and awareness sessions. My mission remains clear: to help individuals find wholeness and purpose, walking with them as a guide on their journey.
