I’ve always believed that healthy food should be simple, nourishing, and enjoyable. I wanted to create meals made from real ingredients that support your body and fit easily into everyday life. Recipes that are quick to make, full of flavor, and easy to enjoy without unnecessary steps or complicated ingredients.
But that can make it complicated when you're trying to navigate this health & fitness space.
Do you have to eat this otherwise you won't get results? or stop eating it because otherwise all your efforts go to waste? Do you have to do this exercise? Or is it 'bad'? And do you need to spend $$ on supplements? Or can you get results without ..
Reaching your dream version of your body (if you aren't there already) is simple. BUT not easy.
Build muscle through resistance training:
1. Training your muscle groups at least twice gives superior results compared to training only once. 2. Start with your main compound exercise. 3. The more frequency you train, the less volume you require per session. 4. In terms of exercise selection >> what worked years ago has proven to stand the test of time.
Then fuel your body to allow it to repair the tissue and grow: eat enough and eat enough protein.
Drop your body fat by being in a calorie deficit, a.k.a. eat less than you burn or burn more than you eat.
Results take time. That's why it's valuable to achieve.

There are so many contradicting claims on social.
It's because they are in the attention business.
