Hi, I’m Nicole. My journey began with a profound passion for health, initially sparked by my studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Over the past 15 years, I've expanded my expertise into elder care, wellness, and entrepreneurship as the owner of a beauty and wellness spa in Arizona and Nestvy Senior Placement and Home Care. My path eventually led me to pursue and achieve a PhD in Natural Medicine, motivated by the desire to deepen my understanding and share meaningful insights into holistic wellness.
