Quick little life update 👋
I’ve been a bit quiet on Shorts the past few days.
Real life has been full-on with interview prep and interviews, so content had to take a temporary back seat while I focus on getting that sorted.
The good news: the weight loss is picking up again and the scale is finally moving in the right direction 📉
So no, I haven’t kidnapped by a protein bar company 🙃. Just juggling real life for a minute.
Back to regular content soon 💚

So I’ve been thinking a lot about where this journey goes next.
Not just losing weight.
But what I build while doing it. And I have an idea for something bigger.
Longer. More thoughtful. A bit more cinematic.
Weight loss… but mixed with history, places, movement.
Walking through old castles. Old towns. Forest trails.
Talking about rebuilding a body while walking through stories of the past.
Still in progress. Still real. Just… more layered.
I’ll probably be putting more time into those kinds of videos soon.
Shorts aren’t going anywhere.
But I want to build something that feels deeper too.
