I discovered the Misogi Challenge — one big, self-imposed challenge each year that pushes you beyond what you think you're capable of. Something difficult enough that success isn't guaranteed… but growth is.
So I'm designing my life around it.

1 Misogi — a challenge big enough to change you
6 mini adventures — to keep life exciting and full

This is the first.
May 2026: Walking 800km across Spain on the Camino de Santiago. Solo. From Australia. In my 40s. While navigating perimenopause. It's terrifying. It's exciting. And I want my kids to see what brave looks like.
