30 DAY LIKE LIST
MORNING ROUTINE
Before you get out of bed to use the facilities take 2 to 3 minutes but no longer than that, and perform the following:
If you can say them out loud that is preferred or you can say them to your self if there are people in the room with you.
Start saying everything you like, it doesn't matter how big or small it is. Even if it's a piece of shiny metal on the cement you noticed three days ago.. Here is an example:
I like sunshine I like grass I like my dogs I like the way that person smiled at me the other day I like the smell of the store the other day I like my hair those girls shoes were fabulous that goes high was really cool I like the way they were talking the other day in the restaurant I like birds I like snakes I like to study I like when I feel good I like that piece of green glass I saw on the curb over at the grocery store I like that new car I like trucks I like pillows I like to take a shower I like to take a bath I like bubbles I like pillows I like my bed I like my comforter I like that do you have friends I like Shelly I like Michael I like the way Gloria smelled I like how the older man smiled at me I like how the waitress took my order I like fresh clean sheets I like the smell of rain
So that's just an example but only do it for two or three minutes no longer than that and do it every day for 30 days.

WORKING WITH BELIEFS
"Beliefs are thoughts reinforced by imagination and emotion concerning the nature of your reality." Pg 84 Nature of Personal Reality, session 623 Chapter 5
I simply cannot stress enough that this book is a workbook. You can even get it at your library.

A)
I encourage everyone to listen to your thoughts every day 24 seven and just notice them when you start off working with beliefs. Do not judge them just listen and notice for a couple days up to a week.
Hear what you're telling yourself and what you're hypnotizing yourself to think about.
Do it when you're watching the news, do it when you're out with your friends, shopping, on the phone, writing comments, doing beluef work, everything you do ..listen to what you're saying to yourself with your internal dialogue.
When you catch a thought that stresses you out : write it down.
And then you have some belief work.

Here is a common list of topics. Do only one at a time. Write down your beliefs about each one:
1) Your body
2) Responsibility
3) Pain
4) Parents
5) Religion
6) Feelings about the nature of existence
7) Nature of "good and evil"
8) Time
9) Guilt
10) Punishment
11) Being a parent
12) Responsibility as a parent
13) Sex
14) Men
15) Women
16) Marriage
Of course there are other topics but these are some basic topics and I suggest doing them one at a time. You could eventually see where Your beliefs are conflicting And / or also reinforcing each other. Do 2-4 Per week.
And remember to be kind and gentle on yourself when you're doing these kinds of things and move forward.
Don't judge yourself don't beat yourself up because it took you a while to get to this point and it's going to take some time to unravel the beliefs. So be easy and patient with yourself. Have some snacks with you, have a nice cup of tea, put some nice gentle music on that doesn't have any words, light some candles, get yourself in the mood, create a very relaxing atmosphere and be nice to yourself. You honor yourself and respect yourself by doing these things of kindness to yourself.

When you start writing down thoughts and beliefs, ask the questions:
1) IS THIS TRUE? (Yes or no. If no, move to question 3.)
2) Can I know 100% for certain that this is true? (Yes or no.)
3) How do you react, what happens, when you believe that thought?
4) Who or what would you be without the thought?
If you have a "yes" answer to #2, I encourage you to ask yourself again, and be patient for the answer. Sit still...no distractions... and really listen.

AFFIRMATIONS
Here are some affirmations I use ... mostly three times a day. It is part of my morning, afternoon and evening routine.
What this does, is tell your psyche and your inner self and ego self, that you are AFFIRMING these to be true.
Say them out loud, each one, three times.
Once you've been doing it for a while begin to feel what they're speaking as you say them out loud.

I am an important part of All That Is, I am a God in Training.
What I am is good through and through.
All that is loves me, honors me, approves of me and respects me.
I cast off and discard all beliefs about guilt, punishment or a sinful self. They are false.
I approve of myself and I honor myself.
I treat myself with a gentle hand and I am going to be my own best friend.
Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better.
I am willing to abandon myself to the energy of my life!
I am willing to rely upon the great forces within me.
I am willing to rely upon the great forces beyobd nature .. that gave birth to the universe and to me!
I am willing to abandon myself to the energy of my life!
I am willing to rely upon the great forces within me.
I am willing to rely upon the great forces beyond nature .. that gave birth to the universe and to me!
I trust the spontaneity of my own being.
I trust my own energy, power and strength.
I approve of myself regardless if it appears as though others do not.
I respect my successes regardless if it appears as though others do not.
I am my own best friend more and more each day.
I cast off and discard all co-dependency.
I have a super powerful immune system.
I am immune from all serious illness.
I am becoming 100% responsible for my life.
I choose to be 100% responsible for my life.
I am surrounded by abundance.
I have an abundant life.
My conscious beliefs direct the functioning of my body. It is not the other way around.
My energy is translated into my thoughts, beliefs, feelings, emotions and expectations and causes all of my experience.
