Hey, I’m Steph, co-founder of Phase SiX.
I’m passionate about inspiring people to build bodies that are strong, mobile, resilient, and capable for life through a mix of unconventional and conventional strength training.
On this channel I share the exact methods I use myself: strength workouts, mobility, martial arts-inspired movement tutorials, my routine, running & swimming, bodyweight training, and the movement patterns that have completely changed the way I train and feel.
My goal is to help you move with more intent and purpose, not just work harder. I truly believe it’s possible to be strong, mobile, flexible, and durable all at once.
Alongside our online programs, my husband Jay and I also co-founded the Content Dojo in Austin, TX, where we teach, shoot content, and host workshops. The “Content Dojo” is also available for rent on Peerspace for any other creators looking for a place to film.
